SPRINKLER BLOWOUTS
Blow out sprinkler system for the winter. Note any repairs needed for spring turn on.
Blowout price depends on the number of zones. Pricing starts at $55 for a 6 zone system. Additional $5 per zone for larger yards.
Spring Turn on

Turn on your sprinkler system and run through each zone to identify any breaks in pipes, clogged or broken spray heads, issues with rotors and adjust the spray pattern accordingly.
Summer services

Service call for sprinkler system repair. We'll address the customer's identified problem. This may need to be scheduled at a later date if the repair is more involved.
Repairs

Replace or repair broken pipes, sprinkler heads and nozzles. Replace solenoids. Rebuild or replace valves. Repair leaky faucets. Repair of drip systems.
The pricing can be structured as a bid (flat rate per job) which includes the cost of parts and labor or an hourly rate of $85 per hour plus cost of parts.

Summer Watering Schedule
Watering depends upon many things like amount of shade, soil type, use of irrigation or city water, what is being watered ie: flower beds, grass, or trees. use of drip irrigation or MP rotators, and spacing of heads.
There is no one size fits all. A rough, general rule is 15-20 minutes 4-5 times a week for sprayheads and 30-45 minutes 4-5 times a week for MP rotators and rotors.
